The Lombard Historical Society needs your help! As a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization committed to collecting, preserving, and presenting the rich history of Lombard. We rely on community support to ensure we provide the highest quality exhibitions, programming, and collections care.

While we do not always operate as a typical small business, we still rely on community support to collect the rich history of those who have lived in Lombard. We are asking for your support and help during these tough times during this national health crisis. We are continuing our work in preserving our collection, conducting research, and planning new events and programs through our closure to the public.

Local museums are at just as much risk as the small businesses in our community.

But there are many ways you can help! We are planning exciting things which we can’t wait to share with you!

Join the Museum as a Member or Re-Up on Your Membership Dues

Our members are passionate about Lombard History and we are truly grateful to each and everyone for their support. Memberships start as low as $15. By becoming a member you receive a 10% discount at the Emporium gift shop, discounted tickets to LHS events, one free rental of the Carriage House meeting room per year and our quarterly Society newsletter, The Telegraph.

Are you a current member and unsure of if your membership is up for renewal or lapsed? Contact Education Coordinator Rae Slowik at education@lombardhistory.org and we can check on your membership status.

We also rely on donations from visitors and members. Your financial support allows us to purchase supplies to care for the artifacts in our collection and plan fun and engaging programs for people of all ages. Every donation helps and is truly appreciated. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Thank you Lombard for your continued support of our Lombard’s rich history.

Stay healthy, stay safe and stay strong. We cannot wait to see you when we reopen to the public and share even more of the incredible story of Lombard.

Sincerely,

All of us at the Lombard Historical Society
