Volunteer Opportunities

The Lombard Historical Museum relies on volunteers
to accomplish our mission!

Volunteers Are Appreciated
Your personal volunteer time, as well as your financial support, is extremely valuable and helps keep the historical programs available to visitors.  We realize this is a difficult economy, and truly appreciate all types of financial and volunteer help given.

Volunteers who give tours, weed gardens, do research, stuff envelopes, make refreshments, demonstrate pioneer crafts, maintain museum archives, develop mini-TV or cable programs, docent, and help museum staff do those things that make local history events happen, are valuable helpers to museums. Have fun while joining with other like-minded people. Contact LHS Museum Director Jeanne Angel to volunteer your time to help the Victorian Cottage and the Sheldon Peck Homestead.
